The Belmont County Juvenile and Probate Court accepts cash, credit cards, money orders and checks for payments of court costs and fees. Payments may be made in person at the Juvenile and Probate Court between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday through Friday, or mailed to the Court at 101 W. Main St., Courthouse, Saint Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
All costs must be paid in a timely manner in order to avoid further court action including possible referrals to the Ohio Attorney General, collections department, for costs past 90 days.
